to 4.) The ANNA-HOUSE was founded in april 2002, too. It is the location where the seminars take place and the administration has its home. The ANNA-HOUSE wants to be a new kind of meeting- and communication place.

The school- and trainingscenter: It is open to everybody. You don´t need to be a member of the initiative to take part in the seminars. The seminars want to mediate old and new health keeping and health supporting methods. Lecturers who work for the trainingcenter are especially therapists and pastors or other competent people. Twice a year there will be an information program published on this page which wants to inform about the offered programs and their costs. You can find the program on the german sides, but they are still in german.

The motherhouse: It is the “heart of the house” and the center of meditation, communication and well-being. Conversations and the “help for life” take place here.

The administration: All demands for help, seminars or other information are coordinated at the administration. If you ask for help of an ANNA-HOUSE-WORKER the administration will talk to one of them and coordinate his or her employment.

External means that they can do house visits for caring and companying in lifecrisis.

The ANNA-HOUSE-WORKERS are paid with contributions by their clients. This is to make sure that everybody who needs it cab take up their help.

up

to 7.) The ANNA-HOUSE-WORKER has to be an active member of the association and has to be willing to work for its idea. That means to identify with the idea and to work according to the fixed ideas of the association.

These days people often people don’t have good friends, nice neighbours or family members in their vicinity they can talk to. Career demands mobility and mobility often contains loneliness. New values sometimes hold new problems and the idea of the St. Anna e.V. wants to offer new ways to solve some of these problems. That is new, isn’t it?

up

to 12.) It is mainly practicable in daily life. For the association it is very important that help begins there where the problems begin: in daily life.

A good conversation while drinking a cup of coffee or tea, a listening ear, a helping hand or just a smiling face can cause wonders. This work is a meaningful and useful complement to the common work of doctors, therapists and pastors.

The more people say: “ I AM AN ANNA-HOUSE”, the more do we have the opportunity to help each other and get together.

up

to 13.) No. That only means that they don’t have to be studies therapists or doctors to be able to help. Amateurs and experts go hand n hand to complete each other and to make sure that everybody gets the individual support he or she needs.

Moreover, the ANNA-HOUSE-WORKERS are obliged to take part in the seminars regularly. This helps to increase their abilities and their own certainty in helping other people.

up

to 14.) That is not contradictory. You can pray together with your clients if they want to. Additional you can lay your hands on in a calm prayer to give comfort and strength to this person.

Therefore it’s not important which religion you have or your client has.

In a year, many of the ANNA-HOUSE-WORKERS or other interested persons meet at a monastery for talking, meditating or praying together regardless which confession they have.

That are only a few examples how praying and independence from church can go together.
